Overview

Nestled in the vibrant heart of Pecatu, Bali, Yeye's Warung & Gift Shop stands as a welcoming beacon for those seeking authentic Indonesian flavors paired with a unique local shopping experience. This charming warung, located on Jl. Labuansait No.250, offers an engaging buffet-style dining format that invites guests to tailor their meals to their preferences, blending the traditional with the fresh and innovative.

The culinary highlight is undoubtedly their Balinese Rice—served alongside an array of specialties like Spicy Curry, Turmeric Rice, and the delightful Dadar Gulung, a green pancake beloved by many patrons. The menu strikes a careful balance between classic Indonesian staples and vibrant options for vegetarians and vegans, such as the remarkable red bean curry praised for its rich flavors and authenticity. Complementing the food are refreshing beverages like Cold Whole Coconut and an invigorating Apple Juice with Soda, perfect for cooling down after a satisfying meal.

The atmosphere captures the essence of Bali’s cultural richness. Beyond the food, visitors can explore an adjoining gift shop featuring local art and spiritual items, adding depth to the overall experience. This synergy of taste and local culture caters beautifully to tourists and locals alike who appreciate both tradition and a touch of modernity.

While the warung’s portions are generous and the buffet approach encourages exploration, some visitors note that service can sometimes feel brisk or less warm, a minor trade-off compared to the outstanding culinary value and ambiance offered. Cash or card payments are accepted with a small minimum card payment, which is worth keeping in mind when visiting.

Yeye's Warung shines as a must-visit destination especially for vegans and those eager to dive into Bali’s authentic flavors in a relaxed setting. Whether you are sampling the Mixed Starter, savoring Kuay Teow with Seafood, or indulging in a handcrafted Cup Cake dessert, the warung delivers a genuine taste of Indonesia that lingers well beyond the meal.

Best value Nasi Campur in Uluwatu. Great portions, great selection. Only downside is a little grumpy service and min 100RP to pay by card.

Absolutely recommended! Here you can put together your own meal at the buffet. Everything we tried tasted delicious. Especially tasty were the tempeh and the green pancake for dessert.

Buffet style authentic dishes — absolutely delicious! Minimum spend is RP35,000 and for that amount you get a big portion! I had a vegetarian meal. There are also a few art and spiritual shops in the same plaza.

An absolute gem! So many vegan options, so clearly labelled which makes it really easy to choose. Beautiful setting, not expensive at all given the location and quality of food. Wish I was staying closer so could spend more time there. A must for vegans in Uluwatu!

Delicious food at a really affordable price. We were on our way to Padang Padang beach and found this little corner of joy. It is a buffet style type of place where you get to eat only what you want. Great mix of meat dishes and vegetarian/vegan options. They also have a good selection of fruit juices, teas and drinks plus nice cakes with ice cream.

BEST WARUNG IN BALIII FOR SURE!! Fully recommended! After we discovered it, we ate there three times in a row. After 8PM choice is enough but definitely not that broad like around 6-7PM. Vegetarian options are better than meat. Curry or spicy tempeh and tofu - topp!!!

This place is definitely a 5/5 and was my favorite spot to eat while staying in Uluwatu. Not only was it great in terms of price, but also in taste and variety of choices. I would always get a takeaway box for later, and I never paid more than 100k IDR for two meals.
